We undertake to: Analyse the last 18 months of procurement data to determine your ideal requirements and correct any mischarges or errors in advance

Formalise a Procurement Strategy.Prepare a formal Request for Quotation, including all pertinent information based on requirements.

Send RFQ to participating Companies. (Approved Suppliers must meet our strict guidelines)Analyse and evaluate the bids.Present Executive Summary to client.

Negotiate a contract, with the winning bidder, with the best terms and conditions available on clients behalf. (Client executes actual contract)

Present Client with Executable contract.

Ensure contract is properly executed and implemented by Supplier.

Manage procurement process until successfull delivery. Quarterly evaluation is undertaken to review commodity usage and future requirements. We undertake to renegotiate contract rates should an opportunity exist.
